Every cake tier (including sheet cakes) is layered the same inside: 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of buttercream filling.

You can choose to add one of the "other goodies" inside the layers as well, in addition to the buttercream.

All cakes are finished with a vanilla bean buttercream on the outside (some cakes may also require a thin layer of fondant, depending on the style of design).
